Ingredients
- 3 c. plain flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, do not drain
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. diced bananas
Method
- Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl; add eggs and oil. Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Stir in vanilla, pineapple, 1/2 cup nuts and bananas.
- Pour into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch cake pans.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost; sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts.
