Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cans tuna, drained (use fancy white albacore only)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
  • 2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. crushed potato chips
  • onion to taste

Method

  • Mix soup, tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise and pepper.
  • Fold in egg slices.
  • Pile lightly into individual baking shells or a 3-quart casserole.
  • Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips.
  • Bake in very hot 450° oven for 15 minutes or until hot.
  • Top with additional egg slices and parsley.
  • Makes 12 to 14 servings. Serve hot baking powder biscuits or hot rolls and assorted relishes.
