Ingredients
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans tuna, drained (use fancy white albacore only)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
- onion to taste
Method
- Mix soup, tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise and pepper.
- Fold in egg slices.
- Pile lightly into individual baking shells or a 3-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle top with crushed potato chips.
- Bake in very hot 450° oven for 15 minutes or until hot.
- Top with additional egg slices and parsley.
- Makes 12 to 14 servings. Serve hot baking powder biscuits or hot rolls and assorted relishes.
