Ingredients
- 2 qt. apple cider
- 2/3 c. corn syrup (light or dark)
- 3 cinnamon sticks (optional)
- 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
- 1 lemon, sliced (optional)
Method
- In medium saucepan, stir cider, corn syrup, cinnamon sticks, cloves and lemon slices.
- Bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes.
- Remove spices.
- If desired, garnish each serving with a cinnamon sticks and lemon slice. Makes 10 servings.
