Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 eggs
- 1 onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Mix hamburger, pork, eggs, chopped onion, green pepper and milk together.
- Add bread crumbs to form a patty.
- Brown patties in a little oil until browned on both sides.
- Remove patties.
- Add water to juice and thicken with flour water to make gravy.
- Put patties back in gravy and let simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
