Ingredients
- 2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drain reserving 2/3 c. juice
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 cube oleo, melted
Method
- Put pineapple in 9-inch round or square baking dish.
- Mix with cheese.
- Mix together juice, flour and sugar and pour over pineapple.
- Spread Ritz crackers over top. Melt 1 cube of oleo and pour over crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes (uncovered).
