Ingredients
- 1/2 c. hot pepper
- 1 1/2 c. bell pepper
- 6 1/2 c. sugar
- 16 oz. bottle Certo
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
Method
- Put coarsely chopped peppers and vinegar in blender.
- Blend until finely chopped.
- Add sugar and bring mixture to a rolling boil.
- Remove from heat and add pectin.
- Boil 3 minutes longer. Add food coloring a drop at a time until color desired.
- Stir and seal in jar (hot sterilized).
- Will make 6 or 7 half-pint jars of jelly.
