Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. nuts
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip (use 1 c. from 12 oz. size; rest will be used to top dessert)
- 3 (regular size) boxes instant chocolate pudding (other flavors can also be used)
- 3 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Mix together flour, butter and nuts.
- Press mixture into bottom of large glass Pyrex dish.
- Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
