Ingredients

  • 8 hot dogs
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons grated onions
  • 18 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 8 hot dog rolls

Method

  • Slice the hot dogs in half lengthwise.
  • In a small bowl, mash the cheese with a fork, then blend in mustard, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
  • Spread generously between hot dog halves.
  • Roll 1 strip of bacon around each of the hot dogs.
  • Grill over hot coals, turning often until bacon is browned to taste.
  • Serve on hot dog rolls.
