Ingredients
- 8 hot dogs
- 8 ounces cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 teaspoons grated onions
- 18 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 slices bacon
- 8 hot dog rolls
Method
- Slice the hot dogs in half lengthwise.
- In a small bowl, mash the cheese with a fork, then blend in mustard, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spread generously between hot dog halves.
- Roll 1 strip of bacon around each of the hot dogs.
- Grill over hot coals, turning often until bacon is browned to taste.
- Serve on hot dog rolls.
