- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can tomato juice
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 garlic buds
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 2 tsp. crushed red peppers
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. pinto beans
Method
- While beans are cooking, in a separate pot combine margarine, beef, onions, garlic and vinegar; cook on high temperature to brown meat and onions.
- When beans are tender, drain and add all ingredients together.
- Cook awhile on low temperature.
- Serve with a 16 ounce Double cola.
