Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. light cream
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 minced clove garlic
- dash of salt and pepper
- 1 can crab meat
Method
- Beat cream cheese, gradually adding cream.
- Beat until smooth. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Remove bony bits from crab meat.
- Stir into creamed cheese mixture.
