- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. wet mustard
- 4 tsp. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat, cleaned
- 3 Tbsp. cooking sherry
Method
- Mix the first 7 ingredients in the top of a double boiler. Heat and blend all ingredients together. When smooth and creamy, add crabmeat and sherry. Heat thoroughly.
- Serve in chafing dish with king size Fritos.
