Ingredients
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 can minced clams
- 1 large can mushroom pieces
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. dried chives
Method
- Soften cheese (in microwave).
- In pot, over stove, add all ingredients, stirring until smooth.
- Heat gently 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with Fritos or Melba rounds.
- For a very large crowd, double all ingredients plus 3 or 4 extra ounces of cream cheese.
- Serves lots.
