- 4 c. cooked, skinned and diced chicken
- 2 c. celery, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- bread crumbs
Method
- Mix all together.
- Place in casserole.
- Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
