Ingredients
- 2 c. chopped cooked chicken
- 2 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. sliced slivered almonds
- 2 tsp. minced onion
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Mix first 7 ingredients; put into baking dish.
- Mix bread crumbs and cheese and sprinkle over chicken mixture.
- Bake at 450° for 10 to 15 minutes.
