- 3 c. cut-up, cooked chicken
- 2 c. diced celery
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. blanched slivered almonds
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except cheese and potato chips, in casserole.
- Add to top the shredded cheese and crushed potato chips.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes in 400° oven.
- (I always double recipe.)
