Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked, diced chicken
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 4 tsp. diced onions
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 c. diced celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 4 oz. slivered almonds
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- Rice Krispies
Method
- Combine all ingredients, topping with Rice Krispies.
- Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
- Serves 10 to 12.
- This is great served with croissants or rolls for a luncheon.
