Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1 large onion, grated or finely chopped
  • 1 pkg. chopped broccoli, frozen
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cans drained mushrooms (small)
  • 1 pkg. slivered almonds
  • 1 1/2 rolls Kraft garlic cheese

Method

  • Before you add cheese, remove large pieces of broccoli.
  • Melt oleo.
  • Add grated onion and broccoli.
  • Cook slowly until thoroughly cooked.
  • Add mushroom soup.
  • Add drained chopped mushrooms.
  • Cook until mixed.
  • Add cheese.
  • Cook over low heat until melted.
  • Watch closely and stir now and then.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Serve with chips.
