Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks oleo
- 1 large onion, grated or finely chopped
- 1 pkg. chopped broccoli, frozen
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans drained mushrooms (small)
- 1 pkg. slivered almonds
- 1 1/2 rolls Kraft garlic cheese
Method
- Before you add cheese, remove large pieces of broccoli.
- Melt oleo.
- Add grated onion and broccoli.
- Cook slowly until thoroughly cooked.
- Add mushroom soup.
- Add drained chopped mushrooms.
- Cook until mixed.
- Add cheese.
- Cook over low heat until melted.
- Watch closely and stir now and then.
- Remove from heat.
- Serve with chips.
