Ingredients
- 4 Bananas
- 4 Tablespoons Cacao Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cups Nutella Hazelnut Spread
- Chopped Hazelnuts, To Mix In
- Chopped Dark Chocolate Or Dark Chocolate Chips, To Mix In
Method
- Slice bananas and place in the freezer for about 2 or 3 hours.
- In a food processor or blender, blend frozen banana slices, cacao powder, and vanilla extract. Add Nutella and blend until nice and creamy.
- In a freezer-safe container, add a layer of the ice cream mixture and top that with a few chopped hazelnuts and chopped dark chocolate. Then add the rest of the ice cream mixture on top of that and add the rest of the hazelnuts and chocolate.
- Cover and freeze for 4 hours or overnight. Enjoy!
