Ingredients

  • 1 c. (2 1/2 oz. jar) dried beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 c. (3 oz. can) sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Method

  • Rinse dried beef in hot water; drain and chop.
  • Cook onion in margarine until tender.
  • Stir in milk and cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
  • Add dried beef and remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • Serve hot.
  • Makes 2 cups.
