Ingredients
- 1 c. (2 1/2 oz. jar) dried beef
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 c. (3 oz. can) sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Method
- Rinse dried beef in hot water; drain and chop.
- Cook onion in margarine until tender.
- Stir in milk and cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
- Add dried beef and remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Serve hot.
- Makes 2 cups.
