Ingredients
- 1 c. melted butter
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- marshmallows
- 2 c. sugar
Method
- Melt butter and cocoa.
- Beat eggs in a bowl with a fork.
- You do not have to use your mixer with this cake.
- Add flour and pecans.
- Bake at 325° for 30 minutes in a 13 x 9-inch pan (greased and floured).
- When cake is done, place marshmallows cut in half on top of cake while cake is hot.
