Ingredients
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, pecans, peanuts or toasted almonds
Method
- In a mixing bowl, stir together all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt.
- Make a well in the center.
