Ingredients
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. curry powder or to taste
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 can fruit cocktail
- 3/4 c. cherries
- 1 c. Bing cherries, pitted
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
Method
- Our oldest son was engaged to an English girl for some time and she gave me this recipe.
- The English do like their tomatoes for breakfast.
- She also gave me a recipe for Yorkshire Pudding, but for the life of me, I have never been able to make them as light as she did.
