- 12 cup fat-free mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 12 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 34 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 34 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 14 cup chopped green onion
- 12 cup chopped celery
- 1 large apple, chopped
- 14 green bell pepper, chopped
- 14 cup toasted almonds or 14 cup cashews
- 12 cup raisins (or sometimes I use dried cranberries) or 1 cup red seedless grapes
Method
- Mix mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce and lemon juice in small bowl.
- Combine turkey, green onions, celery, apple, green pepper, almonds and raisins in large bowl.
- Add honey mustard sauce and mix well.
- Chill for 2 hours.
