Ingredients

  • 12 cup fat-free mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 12 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 34 teaspoon light soy sauce
  • 34 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
  • 14 cup chopped green onion
  • 12 cup chopped celery
  • 1 large apple, chopped
  • 14 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 14 cup toasted almonds or 14 cup cashews
  • 12 cup raisins (or sometimes I use dried cranberries) or 1 cup red seedless grapes

Method

  • Mix mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, soy sauce and lemon juice in small bowl.
  • Combine turkey, green onions, celery, apple, green pepper, almonds and raisins in large bowl.
  • Add honey mustard sauce and mix well.
  • Chill for 2 hours.
