Ingredients

  • 3kg Baby back ribs
  • 2EL Veggi Oil
  • Fresh round pepper to taste
  • 60ml apple vinegar
  • 180gr honey
  • 125gr Dijon mustard
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1/2 TL salt
  • 1 TL carlic powder

Method

  • wash the ribs with cold water and padd dry with citchen paper. Cut rib rack into pieces of 3-4 ribs and slice on the inner side with a sharp knife. Preheat oven to 280 degree F. Wrap Ribs into heavy duty Alufoil and place ribs in over. Cook ribs for 90 minutes. Remove alu foil and start brushing ribs with mustard marinade over and over again cook at same temperature for another hour constantly brushing with honey mustard.
  • Saute chopped onions in Veggi oil for 5 minutes until soft. In the meantime combine all other ingredients in a shaker and shake well. Add marinate to onions and bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Set aside and let cool.
