Ingredients
- 3 eggs, beaten with 1 teaspoon water
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
- Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 heaping tablespoon sour cream
- 1 -2 tablespoons salmon roe or caviar
- Whole chives, for garnish
Method
- In a bowl mix eggs with salt, pepper and dill.
- In a hot non-stick omelet pan melt butter, add egg mixture and make omelet.
- Slide omelet from pan to a serving plate.
- Dollop sour cream and salmon roe on top.
- Garnish with whole chives.
