Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. browning sauce (optional)
  • 2 chicken breasts (1 3/4 to 2 lb.), split

Method

  • Combine honey, orange juice, chili sauce, mustard and browning sauce; stir.
  • Arrange chicken breasts in 12 x 8-inch dish with meatier portions toward edge of dish.
  • Pour honey mixture over chicken.
  • Cover with wax paper.
  • Cook on High 7 to 8 minutes and at Medium-low for 8 to 9 minutes or until chicken is done.
  • Let stand, uncovered, 5 minutes before serving.
