Ingredients
- 1/4 c. honey
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
- 1 Tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. browning sauce (optional)
- 2 chicken breasts (1 3/4 to 2 lb.), split
Method
- Combine honey, orange juice, chili sauce, mustard and browning sauce; stir.
- Arrange chicken breasts in 12 x 8-inch dish with meatier portions toward edge of dish.
- Pour honey mixture over chicken.
- Cover with wax paper.
- Cook on High 7 to 8 minutes and at Medium-low for 8 to 9 minutes or until chicken is done.
- Let stand, uncovered, 5 minutes before serving.
