Ingredients
- 3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice or orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 c. sliced strawberries, raspberries, and/or blueberries
Method
- In a small saucepan, stir together pineapple juice, honey, cornstarch, and ground ginger.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly, cook and stir for 2 minutes more.
- Stir in fruit.
- Serve over pancakes, waffles or French toast.
