Ingredients
- 1 (10 lb.) cooked ham
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 6 Tbsp. country style Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- sliced pineapple
- cherries
Method
- Cook ham at 325° for 15 minutes per pound.
- Cook 1 1/2 hours, then glace it.
- Score diamonds in top.
- Coat generously.
