Ingredients
- 1 c. hominy grits
- 4 c. hot water
- 1 stick garlic cheese
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 2 eggs
- milk
Method
- Cook grits and water until thick (about 5 minutes).
- Take from fire and add cheese and oleo.
- Stir until dissolved.
- Beat eggs and add enough milk to make 1 cup, then add to grits mixture.
- Put in baking dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Can substitute Velveeta and garlic powder for garlic cheese.
