Ingredients
- 2 c. pecan halves
- 36 caramels
- 5 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 tsp. shortening
Method
- Arrange nuts in clusters.
- Place caramels in pan with butter. Heat until melted.
- Add vanilla.
- Drop onto nut clusters.
- Melt chocolate with shortening until hot.
- Spread over caramel on clusters.
