Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. refrigerated pie crusts
  • 2 cans chicken, turkey, tuna or beef, drained
  • 1 pkg. mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can cream of potato soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/4 cans milk

Method

  • Line 9-inch pie plate with 1 crust; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour filling in pie crust. Top with second crust. Seal and crimp edges. Slit top of crust to vent and bake at 375° for 45 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
