Ingredients

  • 1 lb. imported Barilla penne rigate
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
  • 4 c. spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/2 lb. sweet sausage, browned out of casing

Method

  • Boil penne rigate and drain.
  • In a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan line bottom with small amount of sauce.
  • Put all ingredients in pan one by one, gently and thoroughly, mixing with penne rigate. Stir in remaining sauce.
  • Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
