- 1 lb. imported Barilla penne rigate
- 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
- 4 c. spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
- 1/2 lb. sweet sausage, browned out of casing
Method
- Boil penne rigate and drain.
- In a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan line bottom with small amount of sauce.
- Put all ingredients in pan one by one, gently and thoroughly, mixing with penne rigate. Stir in remaining sauce.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
