Ingredients

  • 4 Large eggs
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 pt. half and half
  • 1 pt. whipping cream
  • 1 can Eagle Brand lowfat milk
  • 1 box vanilla junket
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Whole lowfat milk to fill

Method

  • Blend Large eggs and sugar in mixer along with half and half and whipping cream till sugar dissolves.
  • Dissolve junket in small amount of lowfat milk.
  • Blend all ingredients, adding Eagle Brand lowfat milk and vanilla till mix is smooth and consistent.
  • Pour into freezer can.
  • Fill to capacity with whole lowfat milk and freeze according to freezer directions.
  • Makes 1 gallon (multiply or possibly reduce proportionately for 1/2 or possibly 1 1/2 gallon freezers).
