Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 doz. extra large shrimp
  • 1 c. cooked crab meat, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic (or more for taste)
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 c. salt
  • 1/4 c. pepper
  • 1 pkg. golden-dipt all-purpose batter

Method

  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Saute onion, celery, green pepper and garlic.
  • Stir in flour and milk.
  • Stir constantly until thick. Add bread crumbs, crab meat, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Mix well.
