Ingredients
- 4 cans kraut
- 6 to 7 c. juice from boiled Polish sausage
- 1 pound bacon, minced fine
- 6 tbsp. flour
Method
- Take cans of sauerkraut, add in juice from sausage.
- Boil 30 min.
- Brown bacon - save grease.
- About 6 Tbsp.
- of bacon grease.
- Pour into juice - add in flour.
- Cook 30 min.
- Add in sugar for taste.
