Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 4 whole Bananas (peeled)
  • 1 cup, 2-23 teaspoons, 78 pinches Coconut Oil For Frying
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt To Taste
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder

Method

  • In a small dish, add water and lemon juice; mix well.
  • Peel and thinly slice the banana into about 1/8 inch coins.
  • Place banana slices in the lemon water.
  • After 2 to 3 minutes of soaking, drain out water completely.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the banana slices until they are crispy.
  • Remove slices and add salt, black pepper and chili powder.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve and enjoy.
