- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. butter
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. flour
- 4 chicken bouillon cubes
- 6 c. milk
- 1 c. cooked ham
- 3 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. Accent
- 1 tsp. celery seeds
Method
- Cook frozen vegetables in water until blended.
- Melt butter in large pan and fry celery and onion.
- Add flour and stir until blended.
- Crush bouillon cubes; add to margarine/flour.
- Add vegetables, ham, salt, pepper, Accent| and celery seed.
- Makes 3 quarts.
