Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced peaches
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Combine peaches and 1 cup of sugar. Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.
- Combine remaining ingredients; mix until all lumps are gone.
- Pour over margarine. Spoon fruit on top of batter.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
- Serve warm with cream, milk or whipped cream.
