Ingredients
- 1/2 c. Yuban instant coffee (I use Folger's)
- 2 c. boiling water
- 4 c. sugar
- 4 c. vodka (I use Korskies)
- 1 vanilla bean
Method
- Put vanilla bean in the bottom of 1 gallon jug (dark brown jug if available).
- Use a funnel and add coffee, sugar and boiling water, then add vodka.
- Invert once or twice.
- Invert weekly.
- Let set 2 to 4 weeks before drinking.
- Store in a dark cool place. Enjoy!
