Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. instant pudding
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 2 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 qt. half and half
Method
- Add whole milk if necessary to fill freezer 3/4 full.
- Add all ingredients and freeze according to directions on ice cream maker. Makes 6 quarts.
