Ingredients
- 2 c. chicken, cooked and cut up
- 2 c. celery
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced almonds
- potato chips
Method
- Mix all ingredients (except potato chips) in 9 x 12 x 2-inch glass baking dish.
- Crush potato chips on top.
- Bake in 450° oven for 10 minutes.
- Makes a great summertime quick meal.
