Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup nuts (I use pecans)
  • 34 cup sweetened coconut
  • 14 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 14 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 14 cup vegetable oil
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup raisins

Method

  • Combine oats, nuts, cocnut and all the brown sugar in a small bowl then combine with the remaining ingredients.
  • Pour onto a sheet pan and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes stirring every 15 minutes for even color.
