Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed

Method

  • Brown ground beef with onion.
  • Add remaining ingredients except kidney beans, close cover securely.
  • Cook in pressure cooker for 5 minutes.
  • Let pressure drop of its own accord.
  • Add kidney beans and heat through.
