Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken, quartered and skinned
- 1 c. carrots, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onions, chopped
- 10 c. water
- 4 bouillon cubes (chicken)
- 1 tsp. parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Bring water to boil.
- Add chicken.
- When water boils again, add veggies and bouillon cubes; bring to boil again.
- Simmer for 1 hour.
- Add parsley.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve with noodles or rice.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
