Ingredients
- 2 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
- 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg, separate yolk and white
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla. Take 1 package of crescent rolls and unroll it (do not separate pieces) and place on a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Spread filling mixture on top.
- Cover with second pack of crescent rolls.
- Lay whole sheet unseparated on top of filling.
- Brush with egg white and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
