Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 egg, separate yolk and white
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, lemon juice and vanilla. Take 1 package of crescent rolls and unroll it (do not separate pieces) and place on a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Spread filling mixture on top.
  • Cover with second pack of crescent rolls.
  • Lay whole sheet unseparated on top of filling.
  • Brush with egg white and bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
