Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 c. beer
- 24 clams on the 1/2 shell
- 10 slices bacon
- 4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Method
- Cream the first four ingredients and then slowly beat in the beer.
- Now put a small amount of the mixture on each clam.
- Cut the bacon in sizes large enough to cover each clam (1/2 shell). Sprinkle bread crumbs over all and arrange on an oiled baking dish. bake in a 300° to 375° oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
