Ingredients
- 2 pkg. yeast
- 6 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. very warm water
- 1/2 c. oil
Method
- In large bowl put 2 cups flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
- Heat water and oil until very warm.
- Don't boil your water but have it very warm.
- Pour into flour mixture; mix well.
- Add rest of flour; knead well.
- Grease bowl and turn over to grease both sides.
- Then cover and let rise to double.
- Punch down; knead.
- Make rolls or 2 loaves.
- Put in greased pans.
- Let rise until double in size.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes.
