Ingredients

  • 4 whole Avocados, Ripe
  • 4 whole Plum Tomatoes, Roughly Chopped
  • 1 bunch Cilantro, Chopped (stems Removed)
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Seeds And Membranes Removed, Finely Diced
  • 13 whole Red Onion, Diced
  • 2 pinches Sea Salt, to taste
  • 1 whole Limes, Juiced

Method

  • Cut avocados into quarters and toss with plum tomatoes.
  • Add in cilantro, jalapeno, onion, salt and the juice of 1/2 the lime and toss lightly.
  • Add additional salt and lime juice to taste.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or veggies.
  • To save overnight, squeeze lime juice over the entire top layer of guacamole and cover with plastic wrap pressed down over the top layer.
  • Mix up when you are ready to serve.
  • *You can also use a poblano pepper, if jalapenos are not available.
