Ingredients
- 3 oz. cream cheese
- 3 egg yolks
- dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Method
- Blend cream cheese, egg yolk and cayenne pepper until smooth. Melt butter with lemon juice.
- Pour into cream cheese mixture and blend to desired consistency.
- Add garlic powder and salt to taste.
- Serve over asparagus, broccoli, eggs, etc.
