Ingredients
- 3 sticks margarine
- 1 Tbsp. Crisco
- 3 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Method
- Have margarine, eggs and milk at room temperature.
- Cream margarine, Crisco and sugar together until creamy.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Beat well.
- Add flour and milk alternately, ending with flour.
- Add flavorings; beat well.
- Pour into a well-greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
